Snacks
Students may bring in ONE small, healthy snack to eat each day. They do tend to work up an appetite! Please try to practice opening any containers/packages at home with your child so they can be more independent at snack time.
Some great snack ideas: cut up fruit or veggies, cheese sticks, crackers, pretzels, etc. Please send in a water bottle and make sure your child's name is written on their water bottle in case there are any duplicate bottles! We don't want to share any germs. Also, please try to avoid candy or other sugary snacks, as well as anything messy. Fruit cups sound like a great choice until the juice spills everywhere! :) We also may have allergy concerns in our classrooms, so please avoid peanut related snacks. Thank you for your help! |
